Because a hall is not a field
The same package costs differently in a school hall and on a sports ground. Audience size, load-in access, power, curfews and whether you need an operator all change the number. Tell us the details and you will get a quote with every line itemised — no guessing, no padding.

Our audio goes out set up, tested and looked after
We do not dry-hire speakers, amplifiers or desks. A line array cabinet is easy to damage and a blown driver can end a show, so our audio is delivered, rigged, tuned and handed over working — with an operator for the event where the job needs one.
It costs no more than it should, and it means nobody spends your event troubleshooting. Staging is different — event professionals are welcome to dry-hire staging pieces, and we are happy to quote that on its own.
Package questions
Why is there no price list?
Because a price list would be wrong for most events. The same school ball costs differently in a hall with a loading dock and a venue with stairs and a 10pm curfew. We quote the actual job, itemised, usually within a day.
Can I mix and match between packages?
Yes. The packages are starting points — add a stage, drop the operator, add speaker towers for an outdoor site. Tell us what the event needs.
Do packages include delivery and setup?
Yes. Delivery, setup, sound check and pack-down are part of every package, and we work around the venue load-in window.
Can I just hire the speakers and set them up myself?
Not for audio. PA, amplifiers and desks go out set up and tested by our crew — it protects your event and our equipment. Staging is different and can be dry-hired by event professionals.
How far in advance should I book?
School ball season and summer weekends book out early, so as soon as you have a date. We can often turn around short-notice jobs — ask.
